Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This policy explains how the iOS applications we publish on the App Store handle your information. It applies to each of those applications and to this website.
In short: we do not collect your personal data.
The applications have no user accounts, no sign-up and no servers of our own. They do not send your photos, videos, audio, game progress or any usage data anywhere. Everything you create stays on your device, under your control.
1. Information we collect
None. We do not collect, store, transmit or process any personal information about you. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth or location. There is nothing to sign up for, and we operate no server that could receive your data.
In the terms of Apple's App Privacy questionnaire, our applications are declared as Data Not Collected.
2. What the app uses on your device
Depending on what it does, an app may ask iOS for permission to use some of the features below. It only asks for the ones it needs, only when you use the function that needs them. Everything it reads is used on your device only, for the function you asked for, and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Camera
Used only when you choose to take a photo or record a video inside the app, for example to turn a picture into a puzzle in a game or to record a clip. Photos and recordings are processed and kept in the app's own storage area on your device. They are not uploaded.
Microphone
Used only by an app that records video with sound, while you are recording. The audio is processed on your device and is not uploaded.
Files you choose
When an app lets you use a file of your own, such as an audio file, you select it yourself through the iOS file picker. The app reads only that file, on your device. The file is not copied to us and is not shared with anyone.
Photos
When you use a photo or video from your library, you choose it yourself in the iOS photo picker and the app receives only the items you pick. An app that saves your creations asks for permission to add them to your photo library and uses it only to save what you explicitly export. The apps do not browse or send your existing photos.
Settings and progress stored on the device
The app stores a few small items locally, such as your preferences, your progress in a game, whether you have completed the introduction, and counters such as how many free hints you have used. They are kept in the app's own storage on your device, contain no personal information and never leave your device. Deleting the app removes them.
3. What we do not do
- We do not use analytics, crash reporting or measurement tools of any kind.
- We do not include advertising, advertising networks or any advertising identifier.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not create user profiles and do not run automated decision-making or profiling.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal data, because we hold none.
- We do not embed third-party software development kits that collect data.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some features are unlocked by an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase. All purchases are made and processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple: we never see or receive your card number, billing address or any other payment information.
To know whether to unlock the paid features, the app asks Apple's on-device purchase system whether a valid subscription or purchase exists. The answer is a yes or no about the purchase itself; it does not identify you to us. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Information Apple provides to us
As an App Store developer, Apple makes aggregate statistics available to us, such as the number of downloads or subscriptions in a country. This information comes from Apple in grouped, anonymous form and cannot be used to identify an individual user. We receive nothing else.
6. Children
Our applications are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because no personal data is collected at all, no information about a child can reach us.
7. Your rights and your control
Privacy rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability and objection — under the GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the CCPA and comparable laws — concern data held by a company. We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete.
You remain in full control of what is on your device:
- Camera, microphone and photo permissions can be withdrawn at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security on your iPhone, or in the app's own entry in Settings.
- Content and progress saved inside an app can be deleted from within the app where it offers this.
- Deleting the app removes everything it has stored on your device.
- Items you have exported to Photos stay in your photo library until you delete them there.
8. Data retention and security
We keep no copies of your content, because none is ever transmitted to us. Your photos, recordings, projects and progress are held in the app's private storage area on your device, protected by iOS and by your device passcode or biometric lock. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a passcode.
9. Links to other services
The app may link to the App Store or to a support e-mail. Those services are operated by Apple or by your own mail provider, and their own privacy terms apply once you leave the app.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes will also be described in the release notes of the relevant app update. Our applications link to this page, so you always see the current version.
11. Contact
